After seeing the sunrise light up Zabriskie Point, we headed towards the Devil’s Golf Course before visiting the Furnace Creek Visitor Center. To get to get here you take a well maintained dirt road suitable for most cars.
The weather eroded salt rock gets its name because the formations are so jagged “only the devil could play golf on such rough links.” If you listen closely, you could hear the a crackle or popping noise, which is the the salt crystals expanding and contracting in the heat. – DVNP

After leaving the Devil’s Golf Course we went to the Furnace Creek Visitor. At that time the visitor center was opened to a degree and we were able to consult with Park Rangers on what they suggested. After a great conversation we went to Titus Canyon!
